Senate Transportation Florida is fully aware of the traffic that exists in the city of Miami, and we want to ensure that every concert attendee arrives at Hard Rock Stadium with enough time to pass through their ticket gate, purchase Taylor Swift merchandise/food/beverages, and find their seats in the stadium with a sense of calmness.

2) Are there any shuttles departing to Hard Rock Stadium later in the evening?
ANSWER:
There is actually only one shuttle per day departing from each location (MOXY HOTEL, FONTAINEBLEAU, MIAMI HILTON, FOUR SEASONS BRICKELL, HARD ROCK CASINO)throughout the three day weekend.

3) If I am running late for a shuttle departing at any of the 5 locations to Hard Rock Stadium, will the shuttle bus wait for me?
ANSWER:
Unfortunately, no, the shuttle bus will not wait for you. It is very important that we depart each location at the time stated on the itinerary. We kindly ask that each passenger arrive 10 minutes early for boarding time. Thank you.

6) Can I or anyone in my group bring alcohol, food, or snacks on the bus?
ANSWER:
Feel free to bring along bottles of water, and pocket snacks. However, bringing alcohol, and coolers on the bus is not recommended, and consuming alcohol on the bus is NOT ALLOWED!

7) Are we affiliated with any of the hotels that we will be transporting passengers from?
ANSWER:
We are actually not directly affiliated with any of the hotels listed on our shuttle bus schedule to Hard Rock Stadium.

8) How much is the cost per seat round-trip to Hard Rock Stadium, and does it include taxes, and fees?
ANSWER:
The cost per seat is $58.00 plus a booking fee per ticket.

9) If we park at any of the hotels listed on the shuttle itinerary, does the cost per seat on the shuttle include parking? If not, how much is parking?
ANSWER:
The $58.00 per seat DOES NOT include parking at any of the hotels on our shuttle schedule. If you choose to decide to park at any of the 5 hotels on our itinerary, we would recommend contacting the hotel directly to find out any information regarding the parking cost. Thank you.

10) Can we leave any items on the bus, so that we don’t have to carry it around in the concert venue? For questions pertaining to the bag policy at Hard Rock Stadium, please refer to question #22.

Feel free to leave behind any items on the bus that are not valuable. However, Senate Transportation Services Florida is not responsible for any lost or stolen items left unattended on the bus.

11) If we purchase shuttle bus passes online, and end up losing the tickets, do we still have authorization to enter the shuttle bus?
ANSWER:
If somehow you lose your printed tickets, please log into your email that you used to purchase the seats and print out your receipt. You also have the option of saving the tickets onto your personal phone (E Tickets).

12) Does the shuttle bus make any stops along the way to Hard Rock Stadium?
ANSWER:
Please be advised that all 5 shuttles departing from the various hotels in the Miami area are all NON-STOP EXPRESS shuttles to Hard Rock Stadium. Therefore, there will be NO STOPS along the way to the Taylor Swift concert.

ANSWER:
There are NO assigned seats on our shuttle bus to or from the concert. Feel free to sit in any seat that is unoccupied.

Yes, there is a bathroom in the rear of the bus.

15) If I don’t take the shuttle bus on the way to the concert, does my ticket grant me access/permission to the bus on the return trip?
ANSWER:
Once you purchase a round-trip shuttle pass, you will have complete access to our bus, regardless if you take our shuttle on the way to the Taylor Swift concert or choose not to.

16) How do we locate our shuttle bus at the conclusion of the Taylor Swift concert?
ANSWER:
We will be posting the exact location of our shuttles on (X, Senate Transportation Florida Facebook, Instagram), and our official Senate Transportation Florida website at the beginning of the Taylor Swift concert. When you book your Taylor Swift shuttle passes with Senate Transportation Services Florida, you’re not only paying for the commute,……you’re paying for DETAIL. Meaning, we will post a picture of not only the shuttle bus, but we will also post your shuttle buses exact location on X, Facebook, Instagram, and on our official website. So, at the conclusion of the concert, the main topic of discussion will not be on Senate Transportation Services logistics, but rather on how great the concert was. 19) How long will the bus wait for me at the conclusion of the Taylor Swift concert?
ANSWER:
Once the concert has ended, we will allow a 30-minute grace period for all passengers to return to the shuttle. Once we have reached the 30-minute grace period, the shuttle bus will depart the HARD ROCK STADIUM parking lot, and return to your original pickup location.

20) What if I’m traveling with young children, and I’m concerned about making it back to the shuttle within the 30 minutes, or what if I’m a tad bit older, and not as youthful as I once was, or what if I have a current bodily injury that I’m currently ailing….will the bus leave after the 30-minute grace period?
ANSWER:
At Senate Transportation Services Florida, it is our obligation to be fair to each and every one of our customers. It is not our intention to leave anyone behind. However, once the first concert attendee returns to the shuttle and informs the driver that the concert has ended, we will start the 30-minute grace period. If, for any reason, you’re running late, please contact your driver, or Senate Transportation Florida (1-888-556-5331) and we will make every effort to hold the bus. However, we kindly request that you please be considerate, and mindful of other passengers on the bus who are also waiting patiently as well. 21) If I miss the bus on the way to the concert or if I miss the bus on the return trip, are there any refunds?
ANSWER:
Unfortunately, there are NO REFUNDS. We ask that all passengers arrive 10 minutes early at the pickup location, and we highly recommend that you follow us on (X, Senate Transportation Florida FACEBOOK, or INSTAGRAM), so that you’re completely updated on your shuttle buses’ exact location at the conclusion of the concert. 22) What is the clear bag policy at Hard Rock Stadium, and if for any reason I am not allowed to bring in a certain item into the stadium, can I come back to the shuttle to leave that certain item?

If you’re turned away from the concert venue, due to a bag or item that is not allowed or permitted into Hard Rock Stadium, you’re welcome to come back to the shuttle, and we will store it for you at an additional cost. Please review over the bag policy below so that you don’t run into any setbacks or difficulties.

Once you purchase seats on Senate Transportation Florida shuttle to the Taylor Swift concert you will automatically receive a confirmation email confirming your reservation. However, Senate Transportation Florida will send a 2nd confirmation email a few days prior to your scheduled service, which will indicate your name, date of reservation, the number of seats that you booked, and the exact pickup location that you chose.

Hard Rock Stadium has made it clear that anyone who arrives to the concert venue without any proof of ticket vouchers will be asked to leave the premises. You will NOT be allowed to wait in our shuttle bus until the conclusion of the concert, and there are NO REFUNDS.
